BURIALS ORDINANCE

(CAP. 17)

Order of 2013 to amend the Price Payable for the Acquisition of

Graves and Grave Sites (Amendment) Order, 2013

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Burials

Ordinance, the Minister for Health, the Elderly and Community Care,

with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, the Economy and

Investment and the Minister for Gozo has made the following order:-

(1)

The title of this Order is the Order of 2013 to

amend the Price Payable for the Acquisition of Graves and Grave

Sites (Amendment) Order, 2013, and this Order shall be read and

construed as one with the Price Payable for the Acquisition of Graves

and Grave Sites (Amendment) Order, 2013, hereinafter referred to as

"the principal Order".

(2) The provisions of this Order shall be deemed to have come

into force on 18th January, 2013.

The preamble to the principal Order shall be substituted by

the following

"IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the

Burials Ordinance, the Minister for Health, the Elderly and

Community Care, with the concurrence of the Minister of

Finance, the Economy and Investment and the Minister for

Gozo has made the following order:-".
