ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS (REGULATION) ACT

(CAP. 399)

Cable Systems (General) (Revocation) Regulations, 2013

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 47 of the

Electronic Communications (Regulation) Act, the Minister for the

Economy, Investment and Small Business, after consultation with the

Malta Communications Authority, has made the following

regulations:-

Reg. 1 Citation and coming into force. — Cable Systems (General) (Revocation) Regulations, 2013 Open official source

The title of these regulations is the Cable Systems

(General) (Revocation) Regulations, 2013.

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into force

on 1st January, 2013.

Reg. 2 Revokes the Cable Systems (General) Regulations, — Cable Systems (General) (Revocation) Regulations, 2013 Open official source

The Cable Systems (General) Regulations, 2001,

are hereby revoked.

2001. (2) The revocation of the regulations referred to in sub-

regulation (1) shall be without prejudice to the validity of anything

done or omitted to be done thereunder.
