Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by regulation 1(3) of the

Financial Markets Act (OTC Derivatives, Central Counterparties and

Trade Repositories) Regulations, 2013, published as Legal Notice 81

of 2013, the Minister for Finance, acting on the advice of the Malta

Financial Services Authority, has established the 11th October, 2013

as the date on which all the remaining provisions of the said

regulations shall come into force.
