Maltapost p.l.c. Licence (Modification) (Amendment)
Regulations, 2013
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subarticles (1) and (2) of
article 80 and by article 81 of the Postal Services Act, the Minister for
Infrastructure, Transport and Communications, after consultation
with the Malta Communications Authority, has made the following
regulations:-
(1)
The title of these regulations is the Maltapost p.l.c.
Licence (Modification) (Amendment) Regulations, 2013, and these
regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Maltapost
p.l.c. Licence (Modification) Regulations, hereinafter referred to as
"the principal regulations".
(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into force
on the 19 November 2012.
The Appendix of the Schedule to the principal regulations
shall be amended as follows
(a)
for the words "Maltapost p.l.c. Universal Service
Product Price List as at July 2012 July 2012", there shall be
substituted the words "Maltapost p.l.c. Universal Service
Product Price List as at November 2012"; and
(b)
section 2 thereof shall be amended as follows
(i) the classification "INLAND MAIL" shall be
amended as follows
(A) the item "Letters" shall be substituted by
the following new item
