MEDICINES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2013

(ACT NO. V OF 2013)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(3) of the

Medicines (Amendment) Act, 2013, the Minister for Health has

established the 1st October, 2013 as the date when the provisions of

the articles of the Act above-mentioned, except article 18 thereof

(which adds a new article to the principal Act) shall come into force.
