Schedule of Penalties (Amendment) Regulations, 2013

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 61, 62

and 79 of the Environment and Development Planning Act, the

Prime Minister, after consultation with the Malta Environment and

Planning Authority, has made the following regulations

The title of these regulations is the Schedule of Penalties

(Amendment) Regulations, 2013, and it shall be read and construed

as one with the Schedule of Penalties Regulations, 2012, hereinafter

referred to as “the principal regulations”.

The definition “DPF” in regulation 2 of the Maltese

version of the principle regulations shall be substituted by the

following definition

““DPF” tfisser id-dritt għall-permess tal-iżvilupp skont

ir-Regolamenti tal-2010 dwar Ħlasijiet tal-Ippjanar tal-

Iżvilupp dovut fuq applikazzjoni għall-iżvilupp illegali li

jkun twettaq, jew dovut biss fuq dik il-parti illegali f’każ ta’

applikazzjoni li tkopri diversi żviluppi;”

Schedules A, B, C and D annexed to the Maltese version

of the principle regulations are hereby being repealed by virtue

of subarticle (3) of article 61 of the Act and the schedules to the

principle regulations shall remain only in the English version.
