Quick-Frozen Food

(Amendment) Regulations, 2013

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 10 of the Food

Safety Act, the Minister for Health has made the following

regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Quick-Frozen Food

(Amendment) Regulations, 2013, and these regulations shall be read

and construed as one with the Quick-Frozen Food Regulations,

hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

These regulations implement the provisions of Council

Commission Directive 2013/20/EU of 13 May 2013 adapting certain

directives in the field of food safety, veterinary and phytosanitary

policy, by reason of the accession of Croatia.

In the Third Schedule to the principal regulations,

immediately after the entry "- in Romanian: ‘congelare rapidă’.",

there shall be added "- 'in Croatian: "brzo smrznuto"."
