IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 7(3) of the Statute
Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made the
following correction

In the Maltese version of the definition "offroading" in
regulation 2 of the Motor Vehicles (Offroading) Regulations, for the
words "manuvrar jew waqfien" there shall be substituted the words
"manuvrar jew ipparkjar".

The Parliamentary Secretary for Justice has appointed the
25th November, 1997, as the date on which the correction made by
the Law Commission and published by this Legal Notice shall be
deemed to have come into force.
