Commencement Notice of the Extradition
(Republic of Ireland and Kingdom of Norway) Order, 2009
BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by article 7 of the
Extradition Act and in terms of article 1(2) of the Extradition
(Republic of Ireland and Kingdom of Norway) Order, 2009, as
published by Legal Notice 332 of 2009, the Parliamentary Secretary
for Justice has established the 1st day of September, 2013, as the date
when the said regulations shall come into force.
