Correction of Laws Order, 2013 (Cap. 382)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 7(3) of the Statute

Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made the

following correction

In the English version of sub-article (3) of article 29A of

the Excise Duty Act, for the words "deemed to be unfit and proper"

there shall be substituted the words "deemed to be unfit and

improper".

The Parliamentary Secretary for Justice has appointed the

14th May, 2010, as the date on which the correction made by the Law

Commission and published by this Legal Notice shall come into

force.
