Extension of Jurisdiction of the Administrative Review Tribunal
(Fiscal Matters) (No. 2) Regulations, 2013
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 21 of the
Administrative Justice Act, the Parliamentary Secretary for Justice
has made the following regulations:-
The title of these regulations is the Extension of
Jurisdiction of the Administrative Review Tribunal (Fiscal Matters)
(No. 2) Regulations, 2013.
