PROTECTION OF THE WHISTLEBLOWER ACT, 2013

(ACT No. VIII of 2013)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Protection of the Whistleblower Act, 2013, the Parlaimentary

Secretary for Justice has established the 15th September, 2013, as the

date when the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
