European Union (Amendment of Laws) Order, 2013

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon him by article 4(2) of

the European Union Act, the Prime Minister has made the following

Order:-

(1) The title of this Order is the European Union

(Amendment of Laws) Order, 2013.

(2) The provisions of this Order shall be deemed to have come

into force on the 1st July 2013.

The object of this Order is to implement the provisions of

Council Directive 2013/25/EU of 13 May 2013 adapting certain

directives in the field of right of establishment and freedom to

provide services, by reason of the accession of the Republic of

Croatia.

The provisions of the Schedules to the Health Professions

Act shall be amended in accordance with the amendments referred to

in Schedule I to this Order.

The provisions of the Schedules to the subsidiary

legislation referred to in Schedule II to this Order shall be amended in

accordance with the amendments referred to in the said Schedule.
