Creativity Trust (Exemption) Regulations, 2013

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 57 of the

Trusts And Trustees Act, the Minister of Finance, the Economy and

Investment, has made the following order:-

Reg. 2 Exemption. — Creativity Trust (Exemption) Regulations, 2013 Open official source

The Trustees of the trust known as the Creativity Trust,

established by the Creativity Trust Order, 2013, shall be exempt from

the requirements of articles 43 and 43A of the Trusts and Trustees

Act in accordance with article 57(1)(g) of the same Act.
