REVENUE (SAFEGUARD) ACT

(CAP. 62)

Extension of Applicable Period Order, 2013

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 4(3)(a) of the

Revenue (Safeguard) Act, the Minister for Finance has specified that

the applicable period in accordance with the said article be extended

from the 31 st January, 2013 to the end of April, 2013.
