Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by regulation 1(3) of the

Investment Services Act (Alternative Investment Fund Manager)

(Third Country) Regulations, 2013, published as Legal Notice 116 of

2013, the Minister for Finance, acting on the advice of the Malta

Financial Services Authority, has established the 22nd day of July,

2013, as the date on which the provisions of regulations 2, 3, 7, 22

and 30 of the aforesaid regulations shall come into force.
