Immigration Act (Amendment) Order, 2013

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 4(2) of the

European Union Act, the Prime Minister has made the following

Order: -

The title of this Order regulations is the Immigration Act

(Amendment) Order, 2013, and this Order shall be read and

construed as one with the Immigration Act.

Sub-article (7) of article 25A of the Immigration Act shall

be substituted by the following

"(7) Any appeal has to be filed in the Registry of the

Board within three working days from the decision subject to

appeal

Provided that the period applicable for the filing of

an appeal from the refusal, annulment or revocation of a visa

shall be of fifteen days.".
