(AMENDMENT) ACT, 2012

(ACT NO. XIX OF 2012)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 2(2) and 6(2) of

the Notarial Profession and Notarial Archives (Amendment) Act,

2012, the Minister for Fair Competition, Small Business and

Consumers has established the 1st January, 2013 as the date when the

provisions of all the articles of the Act shall be deemed to have come

into force except the provisions of articles 3, 4, 7 and 8 which shall

come into force on the 1st April, 2013.
