Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No. 3) Order, 2013
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the
Housing Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the
following order:-
The title of this order is the Housing Authority (Transfer
of Assets) (No. 3) Order, 2013.
The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby
specified for the purpose of article 12 of the Housing Authority
The property specified in article 2 of this order shall be
transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the
aforesaid article with effect from the 20th of June, 2013.
The property referred to in article 2 of this order is the Description
following, that is to say
(1) Two plots of land at Bubaqra in Żurrieq , as
follows:-
(a) a plot of land, known as Site A, consisting
of Plots 20 to 22 and 40 to 42, having an area of
approximately 1, 472 square metres and is bounded
on the North-West by Triq Santa Fawstina, on the
North-East by Triq San Ciru and on the South-West
by Triq Isouard Xuereb. Plots 20 to 22 are registered
as Tenements X05911 to X05913, Plots 40 and 41
are registered as Tenements X05931 and X05932 and
Plot 42 is registered as Tenement X05934 and this site
is shown edged in red and marked “A” on plan P.D.

(b) a plot of land, known as Site B, consisting
of Plots 50 to 53, having an area of approximately 768
square metres and is bounded on the North-East by Triq
Isouard Xuereb and on the South-West and South-East
by property of the Housing Authority or its successors in
title. Plots 50 to 53 are registered as Tenements X05942
to X05945 and this site is shown edged in red and
marked “B” on plan P.D. 109_95_5;
These sites are Government property acquired by Deed No. 18
dated 20th January, 2006 and Deed No. 26 dated 4th March, 2007
both in the acts of Notary V.Miceli and by President’s Declaration
No. 533 dated 19th June, 2013. (HAM135/86).
