Administrative Justice Act (Second Schedule)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2013

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 22(2) of the

Administrative Justice Act, the Minister for Home Affairs and

National Security has made the following regulations:-

(1)

The title of these regulations is the Administrative

Justice Act (Second Schedule) (Amendment) Regulations, 2013, and

these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Second

Schedule of the Administrative Justice Act, hereinafter referred to as

"the Second Schedule".

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into force

as follows

(a)

the

amendment

relating

to

the

Malta

Communications Authority Act shall be deemed to have come

into force on the 1st June, 2012; and

(b)

the amendment relating to the Malta Resources

Authority Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st

July, 2012.

Immediately after the words -

"Periti Act

Inferior Competence"

in the Second Schedule of the Administrative Justice Act, there shall

be added the following

"Malta Communications Cap. 418

Inferior Competence

Authority Act

Malta Resources

Inferior Competence

Authority Act".
