Controlled Parking Schemes (Residents and Commercial)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2013

IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 33(d) and 72 of

the Local Councils Act and by article 54 of the Traffic Regulations

Ordinance, the Minister for Tourism and the Minister for Transport

and Infrastructure, after consultation with the Authority for Transport

in Malta, have made the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Controlled Parking

Schemes (Residents and Commercial) (Amendment) Regulations, 2013

and they shall be read and construed as one with the Controlled Parking

Schemes (Resident and Commercial) Regulations, hereinafter referred

to as "the principal regulations".

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into force on

1 st June, 2013.

In the First Schedule to the principal regulations, the Locality

"Sliema" and all its corresponding data shall be deleted and substituted

by the following
