Issue and Validity of Identity Cards

(Amendment) Regulations, 2013

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 23 of the Identity

Card and other Identity Documents Act, the Prime Minister has

made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Issue and Validity of

Identity Cards (Amendment) Regulations, 2013 and these regulations

shall be read and construed as one with the Issue and Validity of

Identity Cards Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal

regulations".

In the proviso to subregulation (1) of regulation 3 of the

principal regulations for the words "until the 31st of March 2013"

there shall be substituted the words "until the 30th November 2013".
