Value Added Tax (Appeals Board) (Revocation) Regulations, 2012

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 21 of the

Administrative Justice Act, the Minister for Justice, Dialogue and the

Family has made the following regulations:-

Reg. 1 Title. — Value Added Tax (Appeals Board) (Revocation) Regulations, 2012 Open official source

The title of these regulations is the Value Added

Tax (Appeals Board) (Revocation) Regulations, 2012.

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1 st April,

2012.
