Private Guards Regulations - L.S. 389.01
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 7(3) of the Statute
Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made the
following correction

In the proviso to regulation 12(2) of the Maltese version of
the Private Guards Regulations, the words "sat-30 ta’ Jannar tal-2012"
shall be substituted the words "sat-30 ta’ {unju tal-2012".

The Minister for Justice, Dialogue and the Family has
appointed the 9th February, 2012 as the date on which the correction
made by the Law Commission and published by this Legal Notice
shall come into force.
