ENVIRONMENT AND DEVELOPMENT PLANNING ACT

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of

article 1 of the Environment and Development Planning Act, the

Minister for Tourism, Culture and the Environment has established

the 17th February, 2012 as the date when the provisions of article

51 of the Environment and Development Planning Act shall come

into force.
