Income Tax Exemption (Philanthropic Work) Notice, 2012
BY VIRTUE of the powers vested in him by article 12(1)(e) of
the Income Tax Act, the Minister of Finance, the Economy and
Investment has named the organisation ‘Action for Breast Cancer
Foundation’ as being engaged in philanthropic work, and thus exempt
from income tax.
