Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities)
(No. 5) Order, 2012
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the
Commissioner of Land Ordinance, the President of Malta has made
the following order:-
The title of this Order is the Commissioner of Land
(Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) (No. 5) Order, 2012.
The land described in article 4 is hereby specified for the
purpose of article 2 of the Commissioner of Land Ordinance.
The rights and liabilities in respect of the land specified in
article 4 shall, with effect from the 1st September, 2011 be deemed to
have been exercised by Malta Industrial Parks Limited (C 28965) as
provided in the aforesaid article 2 of the Ordinance.
The land referred to in article 2 of this Order consists of an
area of land, including any building thereon, at Marsa shown
bordered in red on plan P.D. 7_92_B, which plan is enrolled in the
Records of Notary Diana Charles by virtue of a deed of the 16th June
2011.
The legislation listed hereunder shall, as from the coming
into force of this Order, be revoked
(a)
Paragraph (a) of article 4 of Legal Notice 33 of
1966;
(b)
Legal Notice 106 of 2003;
(c)
Legal Notice 441 of 2004; and
(d)
Legal Notice 21 of 2006.
