Financial Services Tribunal (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2012
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 21(15) of the
Malta Financial Services Authority Act, the Minister of Finance, the
Economy and Investment, acting on the advice of the Malta Financial
Services Authority, has made the following regulations:-
The title of these regulations is the Financial Services Citation.
Tribunal (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2012, and these regulations
shall be read and construed as one with the Financial Services Tribunal S.L. 330.08
(Fees) Regulations, hereinafter referred to as the "principal
regulations".
In paragraph (a) of regulation 3 of the principal regulations, Amends
for the words "a warning, a reprimand and, or a fine or other regulation
the principal
administrative penalty not exceeding two thousand and five hundred regulations.
euro (€2500)", there shall be substituted the words "a fine or other
administrative penalty not exceeding two thousand and five hundred
euro (€2500)".
