Identity Card and other Identity Documents Act Order, 2012

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of article

1 of the Identity Card and other Identity Documents Act Order, 2012,

the Prime Minister has established the 1st January, 2013 as the date

when the provisions of the said order shall come into force, except

articles 10(2) and 10(3) of article 2 of the said order. The mentioned

articles 10(2) and 10(3) shall come into force on the 1st July 2013.
