Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-regulation (2) of

regulation 1 of the Administrative Review Tribunal (Establishment of

Panels) (Amendment) (No. 8) Regulations, 2012, the Prime Minister

has established the 1st January 2013 as the date when the provisions

of the said regulations shall come into force.
