Identity Documents (Fees) Regulations, 2012

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-regulation (2) of

regulation 1 of the Identity Documents (Fees) Regulations, 2012, the

Prime Minister has established the 1st January, 2013 as the date when

the provisions of the said regulations, except item 5 of the Schedule,

shall come into force; item 5 of the Schedule shall come into force on

such date as the Prime Minister may, by notice in the Gazette,

establish.
