Extension of Applicability to Service with Government

(Employment Status) Regulations, 2012

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 48 of the

Employment and Industrial Relations Act, the Prime Minister has

made the following regulations-

Regulations, 2012.

Reg. 2 Applicability to Government. — Extension of Applicability to Service with Government Open official source

Article 4 of the Employment and Industrial Relations Act,

in so far as it is the empowering provision by virtue of which the

Employment Status National Standard Order, 2012, was issued,

shall be applicable to service with the Government.
