Regulations, 2012
BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by article 40A of the
Medical and Kindred Professions Ordinance, the Minister for Health,
the Elderly and Community Care, has made the following
regulations:-

Regulations, 1993, are hereby revoked.
(2) The revocation of the regulations referred to in sub-
1993. regulation (1) shall be without prejudice to the validity of anything
1993. done or omitted to be done thereunder.
