Control of Advertising of Medicinals (Revocation)
Regulations. 2012
BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by article 106 of the
Medicines Act, the Minister for Health, the Elderly and Community
Care, has made the following regulations:-

The Control of Advertising
of
Medicinals
Regulations, 1981, are hereby revoked.
(2) The revocation of the regulations referred to in sub-
1981. regulation (1) shall be without prejudice to the validity of anything
done or omitted to be done thereunder.
