(Transfer of Designated Property) (No. 6) Order, 2012

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 16 of the Sports

Act, the President of Malta has made the following order: -

The title of this order is the Kunsill Malti għall-Isport Title.

(Transfer of Designated Property) (No. 6) Order, 2012.

The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby Designated

being designated for the purpose of the enjoyment, possession, use property.

and management of all rights and obligations performing to such

designated property in terms of article 16 of the Sports Act.

The designated property referred to in article 2 of this Appointed day.

order shall be transferred and vest in the Kunsill Malti għall-Isport as

provided in the aforesaid article with effect from the 1 st January 2013.
