(Transfer of Designated Property) (No. 3)Order, 2012

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 16 of the Sports

Act, the President of Malta has made the following order: -

The title of this order is the Kunsill Malti għall-Isport Title.

(Transfer of Designated Property) (No. 3) Order, 2012.

The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby Designated

being designated for the purpose of the enjoyment, possession, use property.

and management of all rights and obligations performing to such

designated property in terms of article 16 of the Sports Act.

The designated property referred to in article 2 of this Appointed day.

order shall be transferred and vest in the Kunsill Malti għall-Isport as

provided in the aforesaid article with effect from the 1 st January 2013.

North and North East by public road as indicated edged in red

registered as property no E26786, having an area of

approximately 1,632 square meters, bounded on the North East,

East and West by public road as indicated edged in red on plan

P.D. 127_97_B.

(iii)

Site N around football ground at Santa Luċija

registered as property no E26787, having an area of

approximately 45 square metres which site is surface level only

indicated edged red and checked blue on plan P.D.127_97_B.
