NOTARIAL PROFESSION AND NOTARIAL ARCHIVES

(AMENDMENT) ACT, 2011

(ACT NO. XXIV OF 2011)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Notarial Profession and Notarial Archives (Amendment) Act, 2011,

the Minister for Fair Competition, Small Business and Consumers has

established the 1st December, 2012 as the date when the provisions of

article 12 of the said Act, as far as they refer to the addition of article

10A to the Notarial Profession and Notarial Archives Act, shall be

deemed to have come into force.
