EXPLOSIVES ORDINANCE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2012

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Explosives Ordinance (Amendment) Act, 2012, the Minister

responsible for Home Affairs has established the 4th December, 2012

as the date when all the provisions of the said Act shall come into

force.
