Administrative Justice Act (Second Schedule)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2012

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of

article 22 of the Administrative Justice Act, the Minister for Justice,

Dialogue and the Family has made the following regulations:-

Reg. 1 Title. — Administrative Justice Act (Second Schedule) Open official source

The title of these regulations is the Administrative Justice

Act (Second Schedule) (Amendment) Regulations, 2012 and these

regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Second

Schedule of the Administrative Justice Act, hereinafter referred to as

"the Second Schedule".

Reg. 2 Amendment of the Second Schedule of the Administrative Justice Act. — Administrative Justice Act (Second Schedule) Open official source

In the Second Schedule, immediately after the words

"Engineering Profession

Inferior

Act

Competence"

there shall be added the following

"Education Act

Inferior

Act

Competence".
