Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities)
(No. 4) Order, 2012
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the
Commissioner of Land Ordinance, the President of Malta has made
the following order:-
The title of this Order is the Commissioner of Land
(Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) (No. 4) Order, 2012.
The land described in article 4 is hereby specified for the
purpose of article 2 of the Commissioner of Land Ordinance.
The rights and liabilities in respect of the land specified in
article 4 shall, with effect from the 1st December, 2006 be deemed to
have been exercised by Malta Industrial Parks Limited (C 28965) as
provided in the aforesaid article 2 of the Ordinance.
The land referred to in articles 2 and 3 of this Order is an
area of land, including any building thereon, at Paola, shown
bordered in red, on plan P.D. 2006_516 A, which plan is enrolled in
the Records of Notary Vincent Miceli by virtue of a deed of the 25th
May, 2007.
