EMPLOYMENT AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT

Employment Status (Amendment No. 2)

National Standard Order, 2012

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 4(2) of the

Employment and Industrial Relations Act, the Minister for Justice,

Dialogue and the Family has made the following Order:-

The title of this Order is the Employment Status

(Amendment No. 2) National Standard Order, 2012 and this Order

shall be read and construed as one with the Employment Status

National Standard Order, hereinafter referred to as "the principal

Order".

Subarticle (2) of article 1 of the principal Order shall be

amended as follows

(a)

in paragraph (a) thereof, for the words "thereof,

and" there shall be substituted the words "thereof;";

(b) in the proviso to paragraph (b) thereof, for the words

"paragraph (b)." there shall be substituted the words "paragraph

(b); and"; and

(c)

immediately after paragraph (b) thereof, there shall

be added the following new paragraph

"(c) the relationship between tied

insurance intermediaries and authorized

insurers under the Insurance Intermediaries

Act.".
