NOTARIAL PROFESSION AND NOTARIAL

ARCHIVES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2011

(ACT NO. XXIV OF 2011)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Notarial Profession and Notarial Archives (Amendment) Act, 2011,

the Minister for Fair Competition, Small Business and Consumers has

established the following dates of commencement

(a)

the 18th October, 2012 as the date when the

provisions of article 67 of the said Act shall be deemed to have

come into force; and

(b)

the 1st January, 2013 as the date when the

provisions of article 3(b) of the said Act, as far as it refers to the

addition of subarticle (4) of article 2 of the principal Act, shall

come into force.
