TRADING LICENCES ACT

(CAP. 441)

Trading Licences (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2012

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 17 of the Trading

Licences Act, the Minister for Fair Competition, Small Business and

Consumers, has made the following regulations:-

Reg. 1 Citation and commencement. — Trading Licences (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2012 Open official source

The title of these regulations is the Trading Licences

(Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2012 and these regulations shall

be read and construed as one with the Trading Licences Regulations,

hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

Reg. 2 Amends the Fourth Schedule to the principal regulations. — Trading Licences (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2012 Open official source

In the Fourth Schedule to the principal regulations, for the

words "Valletta Triq il-Merkanti and Triq it-Teatru Antik Monday to

Saturday 7.00a.m. to 2.00p.m." there shall be substituted the words

"Valletta Triq il-Merkanti and Triq it-Teatru Antik Monday to Sunday

7. 00a.m. to 2.00p.m.". €0.09
