Trading Licences (Amendment) Regulations, 2012

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 17 of the

Trading Licenses Act and in terms of regulation 1(2) of the Trading

Licences (Amendment) Regulations, 2012 as published in Legal

Notice 349 of 2012 the Minister for Fair Competition, Small Business

and Consumers, has established the 1st of November, 2012, as the

date when all the provisions of the said regulations shall come into

force.
