Approval of Processors in the Product Processing Sector

(Amendment) Regulations, 2012

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 7 of the

Agricultural and Fishing Industries (Financial Assistance) Act, the

Minister for Resources and Rural Affairs, with the concurrence of the

Minister of Finance, the Economy and Investment, has made the

following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Approval of Processors

in the Product Processing Sector (Amendment) Regulations, 2012,

and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the

Approval of Processors in the Product Processing Sector Regulations,

hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

In paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (5) of regulation 7 of the

principal regulations, for the words "the 10th March in subsequent

years in respect of tomatoes" there shall be substituted the words "the

15th July in subsequent years in respect of tomatoes".
