BURIALS ORDINANCE

(CAP. 17)

(Amendment) Order, 2012

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Burials

Ordinance, the Minister of Health, the Elderly and Community Care,

with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, the Economy and

Investment, has made the following Order:-

The title of this Order is the Price Payable for the

Acquisition of Graves and Grave Sites (Amendment) Order, 2012,

and this Order shall be read and construed as one with the Price

Payable for the Acquisition of Graves and Grave Sites Order,

hereinafter referred to as "the principal Order".

In article 3 of the principal Order, the words "at the

Addolorata Cemetery: €3,494.06", and "at Mellieħa Cemetery, Malta

for the acquisition of a grave ….. €1,688.80" shall be deleted.

Immediately after article 5 of the principal Order, there

shall be added the following new articles
