Order, 2012

IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 2 and 8 of the

Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act, the

Minister of Finance, the Economy and Investment has made the

following order

The title of this Order is the Vista Point, Marsalforn, Gozo

(Designated Special Area) Order, 2012.

Vista Point, Marsalforn, Gozo consisting of immovable

property situated in the area bordered in red in the Land Registry Plan

annexed to this Order, is hereby designated as a Designated Special

Area for the purposes of the Immovable Property (Acquisition by

Non-Residents) Act.

Vista Point, Marsalforn, Gozo, shall be added to the List of

Scheduled Zones in the First Schedule to the Immovable Property

(Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act.
