Freedom of Access to Information on the Environment
(Amendment) Regulations, 2008
Commencement Notice
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 1(2) and 48
of the Freedom of Information Act, and in terms of regulation 1(3) of
the Freedom of Access to Information on the Environment
(Amendment) Regulations, 2008, as published in the Schedule to the
Freedom of Information Act, the Minister for Tourism, Culture and
the Environment, after consultation with the Information and Data
Protection Commissioner, has established the 1st of September, 2012,
as the date when all the provisions of these said regulations shall
come into force.
