(AMENDMENT) ACT, 2012

(ACT NO. XXVII of 2011)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of article

1 of the Private Guards and Local Wardens (Amendment) Act, 2011,

the Minister responsible for Home and Parliamentary Affairs has

established the first of January, 2012 as the date when the provisions

of article 2 of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
