CONDUCT CERTIFICATES ORDINANCE

(CAP. 77)

Conduct Certificates Ordinance (Amendment) Regulations, 2012

BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by article 10 of the

Conduct Certificates Ordinance, the Prime Minister has made the

following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Conduct Certificates

Ordinance (Amendment) Regulations, 2012, and these regulations

shall be read and construed as one with the Conduct Certificates

Ordinance, hereinafter referred to as "the Ordinance".

The Fourth Schedule to the Ordinance shall be substituted

as follows

"FOURTH SCHEDULE

[Article 3(2)]

List of competent authorities with the right to request complete

record of criminal convictions from the Commissioner of Police

The Authority for Transport in Malta

The Lotteries and Gaming Authority, in respect of applications

for a licence and the supervision of licence holders, in terms of

the Lotteries and Other Games Act.

The Public Service Commission, in respect of any person who

is employed in the public service or who is a candidate for

employment in the public service.

The Security Service".
